Refund Policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Teevor covers the costs of returns and exchanges if they are due to our fault. In other cases, customers are responsible for any shipping fees or customs duties. Below are some common situations and the applicable return/exchange terms. 

    - The item has quality issues, Manufacturing defects (e.g., fabric tearing, incorrect or missed stitching)
    - The item in the package was wrongly sent.
    - Production contamination
    - The item is missing from the order. Customers can also opt to request a refund for the missing item.
    - The order failed to be delivered (excluding customer rejections). If the failure is due to an incorrect address provided, the customer may need to contact the courier for re-delivery or pick-up.

Note: If a package is rejected by the customer, we cannot offer after-sales services such as returns, exchanges, or refunds. Store credits for the remaining order amount, after deducting shipping fees, will be issued instead. You can use store credits on your next purchase by contacting customer service.
If your situation is not covered here, please contact our customer service representatives for assistance or detailed return instructions, otherwise the return may fail.

The following items are not eligible for cash refunds:
  • Gift cards and surprise boxes
  • All accessories (including jewelry, swimwear, and bags)
  • Final sale items
  • If your order was paid using reward points or a voucher redeemed with points from previous returns, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

Standard Returns Process

Once you have submitted your request, our team will review it and respond within 12 to 48 hours to inform you of the next steps. Please note that response times may be slightly longer at weekends or on public holidays.
Step 1: Contact us. Please send an email to service@teevor.com with the subject line: “Return Request: #XXXXXX (your order number)”.

Step 2: Submit your request. Please provide the following information:
Product name or SKU
Reason for return or exchange
A clear photograph showing the item received

Step 3: Receive return instructions. Once your request has been approved, we will provide the address of the authorised returns warehouse.

Step 4: Post the return and provide the tracking number. Please do not send returns to the address on the delivery label. Once posted, please provide the relevant tracking number to our team.
Please note: Returns without tracking information will take longer to locate, which may delay the refund process.

Step 5: Inspection and processing. Once we receive your return parcel, the inspection and processing will take 7–14 working days. If your return contains multiple items, the processing time may be extended.

Regarding Shipping Costs (Non-Return Shipping):
Should a return be initiated at the customer's discretion (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size ordered), the customer shall bear the shipping costs. The specific charges depend on your chosen courier service. For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, approximately 10% of the returned item's value will be treated as shipping costs and deducted from your refund.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged goods or incorrect items dispatched), Teevor shall cover the shipping costs, and you will incur no additional charges.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once our warehouse team has received and inspected the returned items. For returns where the customer bears the shipping costs, the refund amount will be deducted by both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee. You should receive your refund within 14 days of the return parcel being delivered.

Please note: All returns and refunds must be initiated by contacting our customer service team. Returning items directly to the address on the parcel may result in your refund being unsuccessful.

Conditions Of Return

Please submit your return request within 28 days of dispatch of your order. Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. Returns for store credits must be received within a 28 day period from date of approval. If you receive a faulty garment, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to organise a return.
